Clean, spacious rooms with a good interior design. Unfortunately, we ended up in a disabled room without request.

The location is very convenient for

Public transport. The spacious room felt cute, and the mattress provided great support for a restful night's sleep. A pleasant stay aside from minor communication hurdles with staff regarding local attractions.

It was an EXCELLENT stay during the night or early morning when traffic picked up, greatly enjoyed it. The location was magnificent, really close to a supermarket as well as train station as well as convenience store and pharmacy. I had quick lunch at Elfie, located close to the hotel.

Private parking on site provided.

I almost thought about giving a good review, but the lack of basic amenities was just unforgivable. No fridge or kettle in the room, can you believe that? The weak WiFi needed constant re-logging. I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles. Alas, no such luck. I certainly won't be returning!

The check-in process could improve with faster service!!! Offering basic amenities like fridges or kettles in rooms would be a nice touch!!! Addressing WiFi consistency and bathroom cleanliness could enhance guest satisfaction!!!

A cozy stay with easy access

The staff at B&B Hotel Lyon Centre was helpful, and I appreciated the proximity to both public transport and a nearby supermarket for quick snack runs. The air conditioning worked perfectly on a hot day, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep.

The room could have used a bit more attention to detail. I noticed luggage struggles due to the cramped common areas. Plus, I did miss having basic amenities like a kettle or fridge.

Staying in a family room was a solid choice. It was cozy and super clean, and the staff was cute like family. They gave me all the deets about parking, easy. The Casino supermarket right across was clutch for snacks. Just wish the breakfast area had room to breathe. It felt cramped in there.

Friendly staff offered cutlery for my Uber Eats.

The location is great, just a quick walk from a metro station and a supermarket across the street for quick snacks. The toilet and bathroom being separate is a real plus for privacy.

The air conditioning's cooling feature had been disabled . The twin room could really use a larger desk and more seating options besides a single stool. A few extra hooks or shelves wouldn't hurt either. The lighting setup is awkward-everything's on one switch, and the bedside reading light shines directly on the second bed, which isn't great for night owls.

I stayed in a Triple Room for 1 night and it was cozy and clean. The bed was super comfy,. I loved that the staff was cute and shared all the details about car parking. Plus, there was a Casino supermarket right across the street, super convenient for snacks after a late arrival. Just wish the breakfast area was a bit bigger. It felt a little cramped in there!

The room was large and clean with comfy beds. Perfect air conditioning on a hot day. We loved the short walk to the underground station too!

The check-in was super convenient, and the duty manager really stood out-always cheerful and ready to help us out with anything we needed. It was nice to have a supermarket right around the corner too.
